Quality starts with an agreed specification. Product parameters, sampling, inspection and shipment documents are defined for the commodity and the requirements of each transaction.
Quality requirements
Agreed product specification
We agree the relevant quality parameters before contracting: for example moisture and protein for grains, composition for feed ingredients, or grade and quality indicators for oils and fertilisers.
Sampling and inspection
The inspection point, sampling procedure, analyses and any independent inspector are agreed for the transaction. If you need a pre-shipment sample, include this in your enquiry.
Batch documents and traceability
The required quality, weight and origin documents are agreed before shipment. Batch identification and supporting documents should correspond to the contracted product and shipment.
Document set
The document set depends on the product, origin, destination and contract. Request the certificates and analyses you need; their availability and scope are confirmed for your shipment.
