Water-Soluble Fertilisers — NPK, MKP, Potassium and Calcium Nitrate
Water-soluble fertilisers dissolve completely in water and are used for fertigation, hydroponics and foliar feeding. FUSHKOV GCG supplies soluble NPK grades and single nutrient salts to distributors, growers and blenders internationally on Incoterms 2020 terms.
What water-soluble fertilisers are
These are crystalline or fine products with very low insoluble content, designed to be dissolved in stock tanks and delivered through drip, sprinkler or hydroponic systems. Because nutrients reach the root zone in dissolved form, they allow precise feeding matched to the growth stage of the crop. Soluble NPK grades often contain micronutrients, usually in chelated form.

Uses and markets
Water-soluble fertilisers are used in greenhouse vegetables, fruit orchards, vineyards, berries, flowers and other irrigated, high-value crops, as well as in foliar programmes for field crops. Demand is strongest in regions with intensive drip irrigation. Many buyers combine soluble NPK with single salts and with soluble SOP (potassium sulphate) to build their own nutrient programmes.
Packaging and logistics
Soluble fertilisers are normally packed in moisture-resistant 25 kg bags or in big bags, palletised and shipped in containers or by rail and multimodal routes. Labelling and packaging requirements depend on the destination market and are agreed in the contract.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order a specific NPK formula?
Yes. Send the required formula, micronutrient content and packaging and we will check availability and prepare an offer.
Can different soluble fertilisers be mixed in one tank?
Not always. Calcium-containing products should not be mixed in concentrated form with phosphates or sulphates, as insoluble precipitates may form. Separate stock tanks are commonly used.
Which HS code applies?
It depends on the product: soluble NPK, nutrient salts and their mixtures fall under different headings. The final classification of a lot is confirmed by the customs declarant.
