- Request for quotation form: your name, company name, telephone number, e-mail address, the text of your message and any file you attach.
- Correspondence: the content of e-mails and other messages you send us and our replies.
- Business relationship: contact details of representatives of our customers, suppliers and partners, and the information needed to prepare and perform contracts.

- Enquiries that do not lead to business: up to 24 months after our last contact.
- Contract, accounting and compliance records: for the period required by law, normally six years after the end of the relationship.
