How We Work — From Request to Delivery

FUSHKOV Global Commodity Group is an international physical commodity trader headquartered in London. We connect producers and consumers around the world — grains, vegetable oils, animal feed and fertilisers — and manage each deal from the first request to the delivery of the cargo and documents.

1. Request

You send us a request: product, required quality parameters, indicative volume, destination and preferred delivery basis. Our managers speak all major European and Oriental languages, so you can write in your own language.

2. Offer and specification

We prepare a commercial offer and a product specification, agreeing parameters with the producer where needed. We look for the optimal price-to-quality ratio for each cargo.

3. Contract

The parties fix the specification, quantity, delivery basis under Incoterms 2020, and the inspection, payment and dispute resolution procedures. Depending on the product, contracts may follow the standard forms of GAFTA (grains, feed) or FOSFA (oils and oilseeds).

4. Shipment and inspection

Independent inspection of quantity and quality is typically carried out at loading. We ship by sea, rail and multimodal routes; packaging — bags, big bags or bulk, flexitanks for oils.

5. Documents and payment

The document set usually includes a commercial invoice, a transport document (e.g. a bill of lading), certificates of origin, quality and weight, and a phytosanitary certificate. We offer secure transaction and payment solutions, including for cross-border operations.
